Part-Time Receptionist

Prestigious firm is adding a receptionist to their corporate office located in Charlotte. You will be greeting guest along with administrative tasks. Excellent location with many amenities. Hours 10:30am - 4:00pm, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors and inform personnel of their arrival.

• Professionally handle and screen calls

• Handle incoming and outgoing mail.

• Maintain lobby, conference, and break room areas.

• Promptly record and notify recipients of all deliveries.

• Update databases

• Assist Human Resources with administrative task

• Manage conference room schedules

• Coordinate with couriers for office needs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree preferred

• 2+ years of office experience preferred

• Strong attention to detail

• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
