Senior Accounting Analyst

Job Responsibilities: Lead inventory reconciliation activities across multiple locations and systems Analyze high-volume transactional and accounting data to identify discrepancies and trends Research and resolve inventory and financial variances with a sense of urgency Support accurate financial reporting through detailed account analysis and reconciliations Collaborate with operations, finance, and other internal stakeholders to improve processes and controls Provide meaningful reporting and insights that support business decision-making Identify opportunities for automation, efficiency gains, and continuous process improvement Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field 5+ years of experience in accounting, inventory accounting, operational accounting, financial analysis, or a related area Background in inventory accounting, operational finance, supply chain accounting, or high-volume reconciliations Strong analytic, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large data sets Experience with ERP systems such as SAP Exposure to BI and automation tools such as Power BI, Alteryx, or related technologies Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
