About the Role As a Physical Therapist, you will work on a per diem basis, providing physical therapy services to our residents in a sub-acute care setting. Responsibilities Evaluating patients' physical therapy needs and developing individualized treatment plans Providing physical therapy interventions, including modalities, exercises, and other forms of therapy Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and reports Communicating with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care Participating in interdisciplinary rounds and team conferences to promote optimal patient care Adhering to established policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines Requirements At least 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist Current licensure in the State of Florida Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines What We Offer Competitive per diem rate: $60.00/hour Opportunity to work with a dynamic and compassionate team Collaborative and supportive work environment Professional growth and development opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr Miramar Post-Acute Care Solutions
