Project Compliance Assistant

Experience Level: 3-5 years Construction or Government Contracts

Industry Focus: Multi-Family Housing Construction Pointe Wiregrass, Inc. is a Southeast-based construction firm that specializes in multi-family housing. From our Dothan, Alabama office, we manage new construction and rehabilitation jobs safety, and long-term client relationships. We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Project Compliance Assistant to join our Dothan, Alabama office. This role reports directly to the Project Compliance Coordinator and plays a critical part in ensuring all subcontractor and vendor compliance is in place across all construction or large subcontractor operations. Subcontractor Compliance * Receive, review, and obtain approval for all construction job and insurance claim repair Collaborate with the project superintendent, project manager, and Director of Confirm all subcontractor documentation in place prior to submission to accounting Various chargebacks for material, rental cost, damages Work directly with subcontractors and superintendents to resolve discrepancies and Scan all pertinent documents into document management system (Dropbox). Vendor Compliance * Scan all pertinent documents into document management system (Dropbox). Certified Payroll & Government Reporting * Prepare and submit all certified payroll monthly and quarterly reports. * Ensure compliance with government contract requirements and documentation standards.
