Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Telemetry to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced medical-surgical and telemetry environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the medical-surgical and telemetry unit.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, ensuring timely interventions and effective care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.
• Respond to emergencies and provide critical care when necessary.

Shift Details

• Night shifts: 3x12-hour shifts (18:30 - 07:00)
• Day shifts: 3x12-hour shifts (06:30 - 19:00)

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Experience in telemetry nursing preferred.
• Strong critical thinking and clinical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work effectively under pressure in a collaborative team environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts as required.
