You will Create a warm and inclusive environment for your team and your customers Prepare specialty coffee and espresso beverages, including latte art (we’ll teach you!) Bake delicious scones, muffins, cookies, and pastries fresh daily Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards by completing delegated tasks Have an open mind to learning new things and embracing change Qualifications Complete all training material provided to understand our menu and deliver excellent customer service Stand and walk for extended periods, reach, kneel, and climb stairs to storage areas regularly Regularly lift and/or move up to 30 lbs (coffee bags, milk crates, paper goods, etc.) Work Environment In order to be successful in our business and with each other, we must have a mutual understanding of the rules of conduct and behavior that we must follow when working as an effective team.
