Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our La Crosse Radiation Oncology team as a fulltime Radiation Therapist.

As a Radiation Therapist, you will be responsible for operating radiation therapy equipment to precisely simulate and treat patients with prescribed doses of ionizing radiation as prescribed by the Radiation Oncologist. You will also organize daily treatment and simulation schedule in cooperation with other therapists and the departmental secretary for efficient department operation. Perform daily warm-up of all equipment according to department policies and maintain supplies in the treatment room, simulator room, and the film stock. You will perform routine beam-on time or monitor setting calculations according to prescription and have calculation reviewed by Radiation Oncologist and Radiation Physicist according to departmental policies.

Fulltime, 72 hours biweekly (0.9 FTE). Will train/orientate for 8-12 weeks

8hr day shifts, Monday through Friday; call schedule/rotation will be once per quarter

Starting pay of $34.02 per hour and up, commensurate with your years of experience
