PartsBadger is seeking a Recruiter to find and hire the people who will help us grow. You will own the full recruiting cycle — from understanding what a hiring manager needs to making the offer and welcoming new team members through the door. You will partner with every department — from Operations to Sales to Finance and everything in between — to attract skilled candidates who fit our do-whatever-it-takes culture. This position reports to the VP of Finance, with a dotted-line reporting relationship to our Sr. HR Generalist. Duties & Responsibilities Day to Day Manage full-cycle recruiting for open roles across the company Write and post job descriptions on job boards, social media, and our careers page Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and local networks Screen resumes, conduct phone screens, and schedule interviews Extend offers and coordinate background checks and new-hire paperwork Partner with hiring managers to define role needs and interview plans Maintain the applicant tracking system and keep candidates informed at every step Track and report recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill and pipeline health Hand off new hires to HR for onboarding and coordinate with IT and the hiring department Build talent pipelines and manage other recruiting vendors Grow PartsBadger's employer brand through job fairs, schools, and community partnerships Recommend improvements to the hiring process and candidate experience Required Qualifications 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience Experience sourcing candidates through multiple channels Familiarity with applicant tracking systems Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills — able to manage multiple openings at once Professional, personable, and able to build relationships quickly Preferred Qualifications Experience recruiting for manufacturing, skilled trades, or engineering roles Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field Knowledge of employment laws and hiring compliance Experience with employer branding or campus recruiting #J-18808-Ljbffr PartsBadger, LLC.
