Machine Press Operator

Location: Louisville, KY Area
Pay: $18.00-$25.00/hour (Based on experience and type of press operated)

Now hiring experienced Machine Press Operators for a growing manufacturing company. Candidates should have at least one year of machine operating experience , with press operation experience preferred.

Available Shifts

1st Shift (1 Opening)

• Monday-Thursday: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Friday: 6:00 AM - 12:00 PM (up to 2:00 PM as needed)

2nd Shift (2 Openings)

• Monday-Thursday: 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM
• Friday: 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM (up to 12:00 AM as needed)

Job Responsibilities

• Operate mechanical press equipment safely and efficiently
• Set up and monitor machines to ensure quality production
• Inspect finished products for quality standards
• Perform routine machine adjustments as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of machine operating experience required
• Press operation experience preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to read and follow work instructions
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality
• Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic
• Willingness to work overtime when required

Hiring Process

Qualified candidates will participate in an on-site interview before placement.

Immediate openings are available, with the highest priority on 2nd Shift. Due to the company's training schedule, 2nd Shift hires will begin approximately 30 days apart to ensure proper onboarding and training.
