About This Role
Christian preschool hiring a 2's teacher for MWF small class. Hours 8:30-2:30. If you have a heart for ministry and love to help children learn and grow, this might be the place for you!
What You'll Do- Working collaboratively to teach 2 year old children
- Creating and implementing developmentally appropriate lesson plans promoting social, emotional and academic growth
- Assessing development of children and adjusting curriculum to meet needs
- Guiding children through play-based learning
- Creating positive relationships with parents
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or other field preferred but not required
- Prior classroom experience
- Demonstrates knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Team-minded
