Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant

Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality rehabilitative care to seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will implement individualized treatment plans, assist with therapeutic exercises and functional mobility training, monitor patient progress, and document outcomes accurately. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and support a patient-centered culture of dignity, respect, and clinical excellence with opportunities for growth and mentorship.
