Qualifications Proficient in equipment operation, including heavy equipment Skilled in excavation tasks and related site preparation activities. Capable of performing routine equipment maintenance and safety inspections. Knowledge of construction site safety practices and ability to follow safety protocols. Previous experience as an equipment operator or in construction-related roles. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
