What you’ll do as a home health LVN As a home health LVN, you visit patients across the Granbury area and deliver hands‑on care under an RN’s direction. Typically, your day includes: Taking vital signs and monitoring patient progress Administering medications and treatments Providing wound care and other skilled tasks Teaching patients and families about their care Documenting each visit accurately and on time Moreover, you work independently while a supportive team backs you up.
