NO CLINICAL INVOLVEMENT

FIT TESTING / FACIAL HAIR- Please note, if a clinician for this facility has facial hair, they will be required to pass the either the Primary or Secondary fit test (3M Aura 1860 sm or reg/3M 1870+). If unable to pass - A Portacount test would be required, which CANNOT be completed on clinicians with facial hair & PAPR CANNOT be completed on site solely due to failing because of facial hair - contract would be canceled if facial hair cannot be removed.

- Common Cases: Adult, Peds, Geriatrics, Obstetric. ORTHO - Total Joints, ORIF, Arthroscopy OB/GYN - Cesarean Section, LAVH, D&C, Diagnostic Lap GENERAL - Lap Appy, Lap Chole, Ex Lap. C-arm, Mako robot, ligasure, harmonic scapel
- Experience or 'Must have' skills: Familiar with total joints and c-sections. MAKO robot a plus, ortho
- Is there a manager/Charge Nurse on each shift? Does the charge nurse take an assignment?: No
- Shifts & Scheduling (Do you allow self-scheduling? Block scheduling?): 9 hour shifts M-Th 0700-1630, 0600-1530 // Team/self scheduling
- Weeknight/Call Requirements: 1-2 call shifts per week based on need (End of shift until 0700 next day)
- Weekend/Call Requirements: 1 weekend per month (0700 Friday to 0700 Monday)
- Holiday/Call Requirements: On call
- Floating Requirements: Typically do not float unless prior training in other areas
- Scrub Color/Dress Code: Provided
- How many shifts of unit/department specific orientation?: 1-2 shifts

Radius Rule: 50 miles AND candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity.
RTO needed upfront (7 or less days per 13 week contract). Additional RTO will not be approved, including after submissions.
