AlphaBEST Education - Spring Branch ISDBilingual Spanish/English skills are a plus, but not required.Pay: $15.00/hrHours: 2:30 pm - 6:00 pm, Monday - Friday (No weekends! Part-time) Looking for experience that matters? AlphaBEST Education provides extended day, summer, and enrichment programs that are designed to inspire and engage students while they discover and learn beyond the school day in a fun, safe environment.As an AlphaBEST Group Leader, you'll help shape meaningful after-school moments that help kids learn, grow, and thrive.We're looking for an early learning professional who:Enjoys working with children in a structured, high-energy environmentTakes child safety seriously and follows procedures closelyIs flexible, reliable, and ready to jump in wherever neededIn this role, you will:Lead a group of students through daily curriculum activities (World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker, and Arts)Make child safety the top priority at all timesKeep the space clean and organizedHelp create an environment where kids feel supported and includedBuild strong relationships with teammates, kids, families, and school staffRequirements:High School diploma or equivalent requiredMust be at least 18 years oldAbility to work in a classroom setting with regular bending and lifting (up to 25 pounds)Must be able to successfully complete a background check as required by the state childcare licensing agencyWhy Join Us?This isn't just a job - it's your next step forward.At AlphaBEST, we believe in boosting your potential.
