Position: CONCRETE PUMP OPERATOR WITH CLASS B CDL
Location: Missoula
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
Pay: $25-$30 per hour


Position Overview


Express Employment is seeking a reliable Concrete Pump Operator with a Class B CDL. In this role, you will support the safe and efficient placement of concrete on both residential and commercial job sites. Responsibilities include assisting with equipment setup and teardown, managing hoses during pours, and working closely with the operator to ensure each job runs smoothly and efficiently. This is a hands-on, physically demanding position requiring teamwork, attention to detail, and a strong focus on safety.

Duties:

• • Assemble, inspect, and dismantle pumping systems at job sites prior to and after pours
  • Safely operate concrete pump trucks and related equipment to deliver concrete to specified placement areas
  • Observe equipment function during operations and adjust as needed to maintain efficient concrete flow
  • Complete routine cleaning, preventative maintenance, and basic mechanical repairs on pumping equipment
  • Comply with all safety guidelines and site-specific regulations to maintain a secure work environment
  • Coordinate and communicate clearly with crew members, contractors, and site leadership throughout each job
  • Review project details, job plans, and placement requirements to ensure accuracy
  • Keep detailed and accurate records of completed work, equipment usage, and maintenance activities

Requirements


valid Class B CDL

• Ability to work in outdoor environments and perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Prior experience operating concrete pumps or comparable heavy equipment is strongly preferred
• Reliable and consistent attendance
• Clean driving history
• Physical & Work Environment Requirement
• Ability to lift and carry up to 100 pounds
• Frequent standing, lifting, reaching, bending, climbing, and kneeling
