Associate Portfolio Coordinator/ Portfolio Support Specialist (PC)

DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES Compiles and maintains records of established office activities across the portfolio, performing a variety of project duties and utilizing knowledge of systems or procedures, such as completing reports, providing information to customers and employees, routing incoming mail, answering correspondence, and preparing outgoing mail. Updates and coordinates portfolio reviews for all 20 Office of the Secretary of Defense Staff monthly and coordinates all reviews with the Director of the Space Portfolio. Greet and assist all portfolio visitors; monitor the access of visitors. Date stamp incoming work and ensure documentation is completed in an expeditious manner. Establishes and processes work based on portfolio priorities. Examine incoming work from the Program Managers to ensure adequate, complete information and data are provided for processing documents. Assist in the input of missing documentation. Review, determine format, and edit material submitted to Program Managers. Assist in the preparation of all portfolio briefing materials, including graphics and overall coordination. Ensure that documentation is maintained in an accurate manner. Provide documentation to other installations, upon request. Use computer to create, copy, edit, store, retrieve, and print a variety of standardized documentation. Make insertions, deletions, corrections, and moves of data as needed. Other duties as assigned by Supervisor. REQUIRED DEGREE/EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION Bachelor’s Degree or above REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Minimum of five (5) years of experience performing: Complete reports Provide information to customers and employees Route incoming mail Answer correspondence Prepare outgoing mail Able to greet and assist visitors Able to monitor the access of visitors Compile and maintain records of established office activities Must be able to perform a variety of clerical duties Proven knowledge of office systems or procedures Able to provide portfolio support REQUIRED CITIZENSHIP AND CLEARANCE Must be a U.S. Citizen Active Secret clearance (must be able to maintain) The Alaka`ina Foundation Family of Companies (FOCs) is a fast-growing government service provider.
