This is a hybrid role based in Jim Thorpe, PA. Candidates must be able to commute on-site occasionally.

The Opportunity: As a Credit Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting our commercial lending team. You will:

• Perform in-depth financial statement analysis, cash flow evaluation, and collateral assessment.
• Prepare clear and thorough credit approval memorandums to support lending decisions.
• Partner with loan officers to monitor pipeline activity and ensure efficient decision-making.
• Conduct annual renewals and ongoing relationship reviews, assigning appropriate risk ratings.
• Support compliance and reporting needs, including audit assistance and portfolio monitoring.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–5 years of credit analysis experience preferred; minimum 1–3 years required.
• Strong skills in financial statement interpretation, cash flow analysis, and regulatory knowledge.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent written/verbal communication.
• Professional, detail-oriented, and collaborative.

This role is based on site in Jim Thorpe, PA. Candidates must be able to commute occasionally.
