Job Description

• Craft Tailored Therapeutic Plans: Assess patient needs and design personalized therapy strategies to help them reach their individual functional objectives
• Implement Evidence-Based Interventions: Apply proven methodologies to improve patients' motor functions, cognitive abilities, and daily activities
• Engage with Multidisciplinary Teams: Collaborate with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive and holistic patient care
• Empower Patients and Families: Teach therapy techniques to patients and their families to enable continued progress outside of clinical settings
• Track and Adjust Treatment Plans: Monitor patient progress, document clinical outcomes, and modify therapies as needed to keep patients on track

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college or university
• Opportunities for continuing education or certifications are encouraged and provided

Certifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory
