What You ll Do

• Provide outpatient and inpatient cardiac electrophysiology services across multiple hospital locations
• Perform implantations of pacemakers and defibrillators, as well as complex ablation procedures
• Participate in inpatient rounding and share call coverage (2:1 ratio)
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including EP cardiologists, surgeons, nurses, and support staff
• Build and manage a patient panel with existing referral streams
• Engage in teaching and mentoring within an academic environment with residents and fellows
• Contribute to high-acuity, Level I Trauma Center care utilizing advanced cardiac technologies and systems (Cerner transitioning to Epic)
• Travel between practice sites as needed

What You NeedRequired:

• MD/DO degree with active Michigan medical license
• Board Certification in Cardiology and Electrophysiology
• BLS & ACLS certifications
• Minimum 2 years EP experience preferred
• Clean background and COVID-19 vaccination
• Enrolled in MI Medicaid/CHAMPS
• Self-query of the NPDB (within last 30 days)

Preferred:

• Experience with advanced electrophysiology procedures
• Proven ability to build and sustain patient referral networks
