Sales Director Location: Remote (U.S.)

We are seeking a Sales Director to drive new business growth for a rapidly expanding Employer of Record (EOR) services offering. This is a pure hunter role focused on acquiring new logos and building strategic partnerships within the staffing and MSP ecosystem. This position reports directly to senior leadership and plays a key role in expanding market share within small to mid-sized organizations and MSP firms. Key Responsibilities

- Drive new business development focused on EOR solutions (no account management)
- Identify, prospect, and close new clients across:
- Small to mid-sized businesses utilizing contract labor
- Managed Service Providers (MSPs) seeking EOR partners
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, and partnerships
- Leverage tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM (HubSpot), and internal marketing resources
- Develop relationships with key decision-makers across multiple stakeholders
- Collaborate with leadership on deal strategy and closing complex opportunities
- Consistently achieve new logo acquisition targets and revenue goals
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
- Minimum 1+ year of experience selling EOR (Employer of Record) services
- This is a hard requirement
- Proven success in new business development / logo acquisition
- Demonstrated ability to prospect, build pipeline, and close deals
- Experience selling into B2B environments
- Experience selling into or partnering with MSP organizations
- Background in staffing, workforce solutions, or contingent labor models
- Existing network within staffing/MSP ecosystem
- True hunter mentality with strong initiative and ownership
- Early to mid-career sales professional with upward trajectory
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable in longer, more complex sales cycles
- Coachable and open to mentorship from senior leadership
- Solid job stability (no pattern of short tenures)
