Senior Project Manager – Land Development Full-time Exempt Professional – Lake Oswego, OR. Salary Range: $139,000 - $182,000 annually. Welcome to Verdantas, where innovation meets sustainability. We are a Pacific Northwest engineering firm providing civil, structural, and environmental services. We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join our Land Development team. What You’ll Be Doing Manage and oversee all phases to deliver land development projects on time and on budget, exceeding client expectations. Coordinate with clients, team members, and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met. Develop and foster authentic, long‑lasting relationships with clients and further develop business opportunities. Prepare and review engineering plans, reports, and documents including proposals, scopes of work, and budgets. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Provide leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and technical staff. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering. PE license. 15+ years of engineering experience. 3+ years of experience managing a team of direct reports and managing projects. Ability to manage projects independently. Excellent client service.
