Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Director of Staff Development to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for guiding staff development and creating an environment that fosters collaboration, growth, and excellence. If you are passionate about delivering high-quality care and empowering staff to reach their full potential, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement staff development programs and strategies to enhance knowledge, skills, and performance
Conduct needs assessments, identify training gaps, and create targeted training programs to address them
Collaborate with department leaders and staff to design and deliver focused training sessions and workshops
Implement and evaluate staff development initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives
Provide coaching, mentoring, and feedback to staff to enhance performance and job satisfaction
Monitor and report on staff development progress, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience
Proven experience in staff development, training, or a related field
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups and stakeholders
