What You Will Do:

* Own yard operations: by organizing, tracking, and managing all equipment as it enters, moves through, and exits the yard. * Inspect, clean, and detail equipment: to ensure it’s fully prepped and ready for delivery, rental, or demo. * Support equipment flow: by moving, staging, and coordinating machinery between the yard and shop. * Partner with the service team: to keep operations running smoothly and ensure timely, accurate job completion. * Maintain a safe, clean, and professional environment: while delivering strong customer service and representing RDO with pride. * For a complete list of duties and responsibilities, view the full job description here [

What You Will Need:

* Ability to work independently: while also contributing to a team-oriented environment. * Strong attention to detail: with a commitment to quality and taking pride in your work. * Basic computer skills: to document work and navigate systems. * Customer-focused mindset: with a professional attitude when interacting with others. * Comfort working outdoors: in various weather conditions and staying active throughout the day. * Valid work authorization: Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
