Your recruiter will provide the most up-to-date details during the hiring process._ **How you'll make an impact in this role** + **Lead** life-saving interventions and patient stabilization during transit, working in close sync with physicians to ensure a seamless continuum of care from bedside to bedside. + **Execute** specialized transport protocols with precision, monitoring patient vitals and treatment responses to guarantee safety and comfort throughout the journey. + **Communicate** critical health updates and care transitions to the receiving medical team, ensuring that every patient's clinical story is told accurately for better recovery outcomes. + **Support** patients and their families by explaining complex treatments in clear, comforting language, reducing anxiety during high-stress transitions. + **Maintain** high-performance medical equipment and transport environments to ensure a fail-safe setting for the team and the patients you serve. **What minimum requirements you'll need** Licensure / Certification / Registration: + Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. + BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. + One or more of the following required: + Emergency Medical Tech credentialed from the Indiana Department of Homeland Security obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. + Paramedic credentialed from the Indiana Department of Homeland Security obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. + Drivers License credentialed from the Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles preferred. + Pediatric Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
