About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, People to play a pivotal role in its mission to revolutionize industrial decarbonization. The successful candidate will be a strategic leader, serving as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive team on all people-related matters. This includes the development and execution of a comprehensive people strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives and growth plans. The role involves establishing and monitoring key people metrics, partnering with the C-suite on global organizational structure, and leading talent acquisition, organizational development, and total rewards initiatives. The VP, People will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with employment laws, and overseeing HR operations and team leadership. Applicants for the VP, People position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a minimum of 15 years of progressive HR leadership experience, including at least 3 years in a senior executive HR role. A strong background in supporting growth-stage, industrial, energy, or engineering-focused organizations is essential, as is a deep knowledge of employment law, compensation, benefits, talent management, and organizational development. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading organizational change, building high-performance cultures, and possess exceptional leadership, communication, coaching, and influencing skills. Experience in renewable energy, clean technology, advanced manufacturing, or related sectors is preferred, along with an advanced degree and experience in multiple countries, particularly in western Europe and North America.
