E-Commerce Support Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused E-Commerce Support Specialist to join our Retail Order Fulfillment Team! This role is responsible for supporting day-to-day e-commerce operations by ensuring accurate online order processing, timely customer communication, shipping coordination, and administrative support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, and is passionate about delivering an exceptional online customer experience.

Candidates must be able to work a full-time retail schedule (40 hours per week), including weekends, with flexibility during peak retail seasons.

Key Responsibilities

• Process online orders, refunds, credits, and gift card transactions
• Communicate with customers regarding order status, questions, and order updates
• Coordinate order fulfillment and shipping with warehouse staff
• Monitor orders for inventory, payment, and shipping issues and resolve concerns
• Support third-party marketplace orders and maintain accurate product availability
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email with timely, professional service
• Maintain accurate records and identify opportunities to improve e-commerce processes
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred
• 13 years of customer service, retail, administrative, or e-commerce experience preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel
• Ability to learn e-commerce and order management systems
• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities

Physical Requirements

• Frequently sit, stand, walk, and work at a computer
• Occasionally bend, kneel, crouch, and lift up to 30 pounds
• Ability to work additional hours during peak retail seasons as needed
