Work Environment\nOur work setting is entirely remote, allowing flexibility and convenience for both our therapists and clients. We operate Telehealth services, enabling you to provide counseling to a wide range of clients from the comfort of your home or any designated space. Our office operates Monday through Saturday, offering you the opportunity to develop your schedule, balancing work life with personal commitments.
Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, couples, families, and groups to identify the most appropriate therapeutic interventions. \n
- Engage in thorough documentation practices to ensure clear communication regarding assessments, treatment plans, and interdisciplinary care approaches through regular meetings and patient rounds. \n
- Utilize your clinical expertise to provide evidence-based interventions, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to address the unique mental health challenges faced by clients. \n
- Collaborate with external providers and community resources to create a comprehensive case management plan that optimizes client outcomes and supports the therapeutic process. \n
- Maintain ethical and timely completion of all necessary documentation, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and state regulations. \n
- Participate in continuous professional development and supervision, contributing to your growth as a clinician and improving patient care standards. \n
As a Mental Health Therapist at Belfry Counseling Center, you will work with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. Many clients may be experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship conflicts, or significant life transitions. Your role is pivotal in delivering compassionate support and actionable strategies to facilitate healing and resilience.
Qualifications\n- \n
- Must hold a valid license as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas. \n
- A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting is required. \n
- A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field is mandatory; advanced degrees are preferred. \n

- Experience using evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as CBT and mindfulness techniques. \n
- A demonstrated history of experience in treating a variety of mental health disorders in an outpatient setting. \n
