Hillcrest House Residential Staff Opportunities

At Hillcrest House (a program of Sanctuary House), we provide a safe, supportive home for adults living with serious mental illnessand were looking for caring, dependable people to join our team.

Open Position

PRN (As Needed - Minimum of 2 shifts per month required)

• 1st Shift: 8 am - 3 pm
• 2nd Shift: 3 pm - 10 pm
• 3rd Shift (Overnight Sleep Shift): 10 pm - 8 am

What Youll Do

• Support residents with daily routines and independent living skills
• Build positive, supportive relationships
• Help create a safe, stable, and welcoming environment
• Respond calmly and appropriately to resident needs

What Were Looking For

• Reliable and compassionate individuals
• Valid NC drivers license with clean record
• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience is a plus but not requiredwe will train the right person.

Preferred (but not required)

• Experience in mental health, caregiving, or group home settings
