Key Responsibilities

Provide speech-language pathology services across both outpatient and inpatient settings
Evaluate and treat patients with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility standards
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care

Required Qualifications

Master's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology
Current and valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Washington
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA
Experience working in outpatient and/or inpatient clinical settings

Preferred Experience / Skills

Experience in a mixed outpatient and inpatient environment
Strong skills in dysphagia evaluation and treatment
Ability to adapt quickly to varied patient populations and clinical workflows
