Data Analyst

Kforce has a client in need of a Data Analyst in Boston, MA.Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain appeal tracking data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliability across systems
• Support development and optimization of database queries for reporting and analysis
• Execute targeted audience segmentation to support acquisition, retention, and upgrade initiatives
• Coordinate use of constituent data across multiple outreach channels to ensure alignment in campaign delivery

• Advanced Excel skills, including formulas and pivot tables
• High attention to detail with strong process accuracy
• Analytical thinker with ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support decisions

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
