Local Delivery Driver - CDL A (Relief Route)

Job Summary PBNA $32.00 / hour; $32.00 – $35.00 per hour plus overtime. Full-time 40+ hours guaranteed. 4‑5 days a week, no Sundays; drivers return home daily. Paid weekly. Bonus of $6,000 paid in installments ($2,000 at 6, 12, and 18 months). Responsibilities Fill in for unavailable delivery drivers; routes change day to day. Deliver products and execute all promotions. Unload vehicles, bring products into stores, and stock shelves, displays, vending equipment, and coolers. Build small displays, set up promotional materials such as pricing signs and banners. Generate invoices and settle cash and charges daily. Interact frequently with store management. Follow DOT regulations. Establish positive working relationships with primary contacts at each account. Maintain regular, reliable, predictable attendance. Qualifications 21 years old or older. Valid U.S. CDL or CDL permit with non‑excepted interstate status (non‑excepted intrastate also accepted in all California locations except Stockton). Pass required drug test and physical capability test if applicable. Pass DOT physical and DOT Road Test. Communicate effectively in English. Helpful Experience Operating trucks requiring a valid U.S. CDL license. Merchandising products (filling shelves, building displays, rotating products, cleaning shelves). Operating equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
