Job Description As a Security Officer - Front Desk Protection in Scottsdale, AZ , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Front Desk Security Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will serve as a welcoming, professional presence for tenants, visitors, and staff. You will monitor access, assist with visitor management, respond to security-related concerns, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Position Type Full Time Pay Rate $21.00 / Hour Job Schedule DayTimeWed10:00 PM - 06:00 AMThur10:00 PM - 06:00 AMSat06:00 AM - 06:00 PMSun06:00 AM - 06:00 PM What You'll Do Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or vendors at the front desk while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Greet and direct visitors, maintain visitor logs, issue access credentials in accordance with site procedures, and communicate entry requirements professionally. Monitor access points, reception-area activity, and security-related systems, reporting unusual activity or concerns according to established procedures. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and notify appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders as directed. Support a professional, welcoming lobby environment at a commercial real estate location while helping to deter unauthorized access. Minimum Requirements Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience. Customer service experience is preferred. A guard card or license is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
