Barista | Part-Time | Morning Lavender Café We're looking for a warm, service-driven Barista to join our café team. About the Role Job Type: Part-time (Hourly) Hours: Minimum 25 hours/week Pay: $16.90/hour + tips Perks Free drink every shift Flexible scheduling Staff discounts at the café and boutique Opportunities for growth Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service with warmth and attentiveness Operate the register, take orders, and recommend drinks confidently Learn and memorise our drink menu, ingredients, and preparation steps Efficiently craft multiple beverages at once while maintaining quality Maintain a clean and tidy workspace throughout your shift Follow all health and safety standards consistently Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and teammates Collaborate to ensure the best guest experience, from ambiance to execution Physical Requirements Must be able to stand for 6+ hours at a time Able to lift and move items up to 20 pounds Non-Negotiable Requirements Must be 18 years or older Must be available at least 4 days per week Must be able to work a minimum of 25 hours per week Availability as early as 7:30 AM and as late as 7:00 PM Saturday and Sunday availability is mandatory Availability requirement does not guarantee your actual weekly schedule Valid Food Handler's Card required (or willingness to obtain one before starting) Barista experience preferred but not required.
