Job Title Retail Cashier Location Kalahari Resorts PA-PA Description At Kalahari Resorts & Conventions, we craft unforgettable experiences for guests in America's largest indoor waterparks and African‑inspired resorts. We offer world‑class dining, luxurious spas, thrilling entertainment, and cutting‑edge convention centers. The Retail Cashier will support the team in stocking merchandise, handling transactions, and maintaining a tidy, welcoming environment for all customers. Key Responsibilities: Greet customers and ascertain their wants and needs. Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, payment policies, exchanges, and security practices. Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs and desires, providing upselling opportunities when appropriate. Answer questions regarding the store, resort, and merchandise. Participate actively in taking monthly inventory. What We’re Looking For: General knowledge of principles and practices of a retail environment preferred. A leadership style rooted in collaboration, respect, and service to others. Effective listening and the ability to understand and clarify the issues raised by guests and associates.
