Line PrepWe're looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Line Prep to support our kitchen team by preparing fresh ingredients and keeping our line running smoothly. As a key part of our back-of-house crew, you'll help ensure every guest receives high-quality, crave-worthy food—fast. If you thrive in a fast casual setting and love working behind the scenes to make great food happen, we'd love to meet you!Responsibilities include:Prepping and portioning ingredients according to recipes and daily prep listsLabeling, dating, and storing food properly to maintain freshness and safetySetting up and stocking the line before and during serviceMaintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary prep areaSupporting cooks with prep and restocking throughout shiftsAssisting with end-of-day clean-up and storage proceduresJob Requirements:Prior kitchen or prep experience preferred, but not required—willing to train the right personBasic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices (ServSafe a plus)Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and stay organized under pressureStrong communication skills and a team-first mindsetMust be able to lift up to 15-20 lbs and stand for extended periodsFlexible availability, including weekends and evenings
