Job Description:
As a Physical Therapist, youll promote Elara Carings philosophy and provide direct patient care by evaluating functional needs, outcomes, and consulting with other specialists. You will design and implement individualized care plans, document evaluations, treatment goals, and maintain required prescriptions and signatures. Physical demands include handling, lifting, and transfer of patients, and working irregular hours if applicable.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) approved physical therapy program
- Current, unrestricted PT license valid for the state of work
- Minimum one (1) year of experience in a healthcare facility
- Able and willing to travel within branch/office coverage area
- Dependable vehicle, valid drivers license, and current auto insurance
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds
