Role Summary: The ideal candidate will have4+ yearsof experience as aSuperintendentin theCommercial Retail & Restaurant General ConstructionIndustry and will be responsible forleading successful Construction Projects. Project Types: High-End Retail & Restaurant Construction Projects Job Responsibilities: Able to perform all essential Lead Superintendent job responsibilities Oversee daily operation of construction projects Attend and participate in Safety Training Program and enforce safety procedures Prepare and maintain responsibility for job schedule Develop Owner, Architect, and other Contractors` confidence and attend meetings as required Review all drawings, specifications, and submittals Chair and/or attend ongoing Contractor meetings Assure work quality - set standards for quality control Order materials and tools and plan supply allotment to maintain schedule Prepare necessary reports (e.g. timesheets, work orders, daily reports, and invoice approval) Document and complete all punch lists in a timely manner Organize, train, direct, and coordinate field construction team including those of other contractors Perform start-up testing and turnover to clientele Qualifications/Requirements: 4+ years as a Superintendent managing projects for a reputable Commercial General Contractor Experience supervising High-End Retail & Restaurant Construction Projects. Scheduling, RFI`s, Change Orders, Submittals Experience Strong work ethic, team player with strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, mathematical, and sound judgment skills.
