At Farmers Insurance District 72, we're looking for ambitious, competitive, growth-minded individuals who know they're capable of more than a traditional 9-5.
This isn't just another sales job.
This is a paid apprenticeship designed to develop future business owners.
You'll work directly alongside a top-performing Farmers Agency Owner, gaining hands-on experience in sales, marketing, client relationships, business operations, leadership, and agency growth. You'll learn what it actually takes to build and run a successful business while getting paid to do it.

ResponsibilitiesWhat You'll Do:
- Connect with prospective clients by phone, text, email, and referrals
- Learn how to identify customer needs and recommend solutions
- Prepare insurance quotes and proposals
- Develop sales and communication skills through hands-on coaching
- Work alongside successful agency owners and industry professionals
Requirements:
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to pass a background check
- Willingness to obtain required insurance licenses
- Previous sales, leadership, athletics, military, customer service, or entrepreneurial experience is a plusbut not required
And yes, we pay for your Insurance Licensing. :)
