Qualifications & Experience:

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) in the state
• Recent or previous experience providing OT services within a school setting
• Solid understanding of pediatric diagnoses and interventions as they relate to educational performance
• Strong communication skills for working with multidisciplinary teams, families, and students
• Ability to adapt therapy plans based on IEP goals and changing student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and screenings to identify students requiring OT services
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP objectives
• Work directly with students to enhance fine motor skills, sensory processing, organization, and self-care abilities
• Document progress and maintain thorough records in compliance with regulations and school policies
• Provide guidance and resources to educational staff and parents for classroom adaptations and carryover of strategies
• Participate in IEP meetings, team discussions, and professional development when needed
• Offer flexible support as a PRN clinician, available for coverage and additional needs as they arise
