Physical therapy practice in Lakewood like to add a Licensed Physical therapist assistant and under graduate pt assistant not licensed yet to our Staff for outpatient in office care. We’re good to our team and we’re like a big family, we care and help each other, it is very comfortable place to work, you get to help others and get helped too. CA. Responsibilities:
- Assist licensed Physical Therapists in carrying out treatment plans.
- Guide patients through exercises, therapeutic activities, and mobility training.
- Monitor patient progress and report any changes to the supervising therapist.
- Educate patients and caregivers on rehabilitation techniques and home exercises.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with state and facility guidelines.
Requirements:
- Active California PTA license in good standing.
- Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
