Competitive guaranteed base salary up to $245,000
$30,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available

100% outpatient primary care with limited call responsibilities (phone call consults only)

- Daily patient volume of 16-20 patients to maintain high-quality care and manageable workflow
