Recruiter Summary of Position:

• Job Title: Systems Administrator (Azure, Citrix, Modern Workplace)
• Location: Indianapolis, Indiana
• Work Arrangement: Hybrid or remote. Hybrid if near Indianapolis, Indiana. Remote if open to travel.
• Travel: Up to 25% travel
• Compensation: $75,000 - $85,000 base salary + benefits

Required Technical Skills:

• 3-5 years of technical support experience; preferably in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment
• Microsoft 365 Administration (Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint), Active Directory & Entra ID (Azure Active Directory)
• Endpoint & Mobile Device Management (Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Autopilot)
• Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), Remote Desktop Services, and Networking Basics (TCP/IP, VPN, DNS)
• Required Certifications: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900), Microsoft Azure Administrator (AZ-104), Citrix Certified Associate (CCA)

Required Certifications (Non-Negotiable):

• Citrix Certified Associate (CCA)
• Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)
• Microsoft Azure Administrator (AZ-104)

Preferred Technical Skills:

• Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
• Certifications: CompTIA ITF+, A+, or Network+
• ITIL Foundation Framework knowledge
• SOTI

As a Senior Systems Administrator, you will be the modern workplace champion our clients rely on to elevate, secure, and streamline their digital infrastructure. Partnering directly with vCIOs and business leaders, you will architect seamless work-from-anywhere ecosystems using cutting-edge cloud applications, virtual desktops, and advanced endpoint management platforms.

What Success Looks Like

• Configure and deploy devices via Intune, Autopilot, and SOTI for seamless user onboarding.
• Support high-performing Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) and secure remote access environments.
• Safeguard clients through MFA, endpoint protection, automated patching, and security compliance.
• Lead escalation management for complex issues, documenting solutions clearly in ITGlue.

What You Bring to the Team

• Experience: 3–5 years in IT support or administration, ideally within an MSP setting.
• Technical Proficiency: M365, Entra ID (Azure AD), Citrix, Intune, VDI, and core networking skills.
• Required Certifications: Active AZ-900, AZ-104, and Citrix Certified Associate (CCA).
• Communication: Ability to distill complex technical details into clear guidance for clients.
