Health System Specialist

Duties
Provides comprehensive quality analysis, data reports, and database management for all sections at the Medical Treatment Facility.
Responsible for defining new information requirements, and developing automated and business process mapping procedures and formats.
Advises on resources and policy to support Medical Treatment Facility clinic and template managers in order to optimize patient care.
Serves on the Access to Care management team and provides technical and administrative coordination with clinic liaisons.
