A leading outpatient oncology practice is seeking a compassionate and experienced Oncology Registered Nurse to join its multidisciplinary cancer care team. This position provides direct patient care in an ambulatory setting, supporting patients throughout their treatment journey while collaborating closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, and infusion staff.

• Assess, monitor, and provide nursing care to oncology patients receiving treatment in an outpatient setting.
• Administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy, biotherapy, blood products, hydration, and supportive medications in accordance with established protocols.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, side effects, symptom management, and follow-up care.
• Triage patient concerns and coordinate care among providers and ancillary departments.
• Monitor patients for adverse reactions and respond appropriately to emergencies.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians and the clinical team to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Assist with care coordination, referrals, and patient advocacy initiatives.

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience required.
• Oncology nursing experience strongly preferred.
• Current BLS certification.
• ONS Chemotherapy/Biotherapy certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Strong IV skills and experience accessing central venous devices preferred.
• Excellent communication, organization, and patient education skills.

• Four 10-hour shifts per week.
• Monday through Friday schedule with a rotating weekday off.
• No overnight shifts.
