Case Manager

Dakota Boys and Girls Ranch is seeking to hire a Case Manager on its Bismarck, ND, campus. The Ranch is unlike any place you have worked! Starting Wage $23.50/hour+ Bachelor's degree (see qualifications); OR $25/hour+ LBSW, Depending on Experience Schedule Monday-Friday, daytime hours with one evening a week for group. Occasional travel is required. Responsibilities Actively engaging with youth, families, the Ranch treatment team, and external resources to create and manage a single plan of care for each child. Monitoring the treatment plan to ensure the child's goals are being met. Working with a multidisciplinary team to assess the youth's needs and coordinate services. Providing continuous youth, family, and custodian contact. Serving as an advocate for youth. Empowering families by teaching them how to communicate with each other, create daily schedules, and manage behaviors and medications. Qualifications Hold a bachelor’s degree in Social Work - OR graduating this semester with a Social Work degree Required to obtain Social Work Board License within 1 year of hire Required to obtain Wrap Around Certification once hired Be at least 21 years old.
