How You’ll Contribute As a Rehabilitation RN, you will work with a team that ensures patients receive optimal medical attention and support. Your responsibilities will include: Accurately performing patient assessments and identifying patient needs. Identifying and initiating appropriate nursing interventions. Providing patient and family teaching throughout the rehabilitation stay and prior to discharge. Delivering care appropriate to the condition and age of the patient. Qualifications And Requirements Graduation from an accredited Bachelors of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program. Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse. CPR/BCLS certification; ACLS preferred. CRRN preferred. Minimum of one year RN experience required and six months’ medical/surgical experience in an acute care setting preferred.
