Qualifications Required: Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing or hold an Associate degree in Nursing Obtain ACLS certification within six (6) months of hire Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing Excellent verbal and written communication skills Minimum two (2) years RN experience in Critical Care or Telemetry Certifications and Licenses Required Active NJ RN License or Multistate RN License with NJ Endorsement BLS certification through American Heart Association Scheduling Requirements Full Time Night Shift 7:00pm – 7:30am Every other weekend required. Additional week schedule varies by department needs Essential Functions The Registered Nurse organizes and administers individualized age‑specific professional care to patients within the Oncology Unit in support of medical care. Responsibilities include patient teaching, discharge planning, unit performance improvement evaluations, and practicing in accordance with state, national, and regulatory standards.
