Hotel Front Desk Agent

We are looking to hire two positive, professional, and guest-focused Full-Time Front Desk Agents to join our hotel team for the 3:00 PM–11:00 PM shift. In this role, you’ll be one of the first points of contact for our guests and will help create a welcoming and exceptional experience from check-in through departure. The ideal candidate has excellent communication and customer service skills, a strong work ethic, and a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. Responsibilities Welcome, register, check-in, and check out guests staying at the hotel, provide keys and room numbers, and record credit card information Communicate with housekeeping to make sure guest rooms are ready Perform regular bookkeeping duties: make sure hotel guest information is current and correct Manage room bookings in-person, online, and through incoming calls, and answer inquiries about guests’ needs, including questions about available rooms, amenities, room rates, special requests, and rewards programs Handle customer complaints as necessary Qualifications Displays impeccable interpersonal, time management, organizational skills, and customer service skills Exhibits working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems Well-versed in taking telephone calls and handling stressful situations At least one year of hospitality industry experience as a hotel front desk agent or similar position preferred Preferred 1+ years of Marriott experience Weekend and evening availability required Compensation: $15 - $16 hourly #J-18808-Ljbffr Retreat Hotels & Resorts
