Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Experience treating a caseload of 12 - 13 patients per day
• Experience working with a 50-60% Medicare population
• Experience treating adult patients and high school athletes in an outpatient setting
